Since 15.04.2025 the gastronomy in the zoo has a new tenant.

Opening hours

• In the main season from March to September inclusive, from Wednesday to Sunday, as well as on public holidays and during the school vacations in Schleswig-Holstein, from 11.00 a.m. until 15 minutes before the zoo closes.
• In the low season from October to February inclusive, the zoo is open at weekends (Saturday/Sunday), as well as on public holidays and during school vacations in Schleswig-Holstein from 11.00 a.m. until 15 minutes before the zoo closes.
• Mondays and Tuesdays are closed days in our zoo restaurant outside the school vacations.
