"Children under the age of 12  and persons who do not have the necessary maturity to observe the zoo regulations or who require permanent supervision due to their mental and physical condition may only visit the zoo if accompanied by a person responsible for supervision."

Application for various annual passes

Alternatively, you can apply for annual passes online (German).

Your application for an annual pass can only be processed once we have received the corresponding payment. Please note "Jahreskarte" as the purpose of your bank transfer.

If you would like to give an annual pass as a gift, please order a voucher from us. You can pay for and collect our vouchers on site. We are also happy to send your voucher by post within Germany. Please transfer the total amount plus postage (€1.60; large letter) to one of our accounts with the reference "Gutschein" and your name.

After receipt of payment, we will issue the voucher and send it to the post office.

Membership

Ordinary membership / individual membership, incl.  all children (up to and including the end of the 15th year of age) and dogs (3 months' notice period to the end of the year):    €70.00 (+ €4 voluntary species protection euro)

Membership of the spouse/partner (3 months' notice period to the end of the year): €25.00 (+ €4 voluntary species protection euro)

Family membership, incl. all children (up to and including the end of the 15th year of age)  and dogs (3 months' notice period to the end of the year):  95.00 € (+ 8€ voluntary species protection €uro)

As a member, you support the Tierparkvereinigung Neumünster e.V. (the organisation that runs the Neumünster Zoo). The zoo is not a municipal organisation and is funded almost exclusively by entrance fees, membership fees and donations.

If you decide to become a member during your visit to the zoo, the entrance fee will be deducted from the membership price on presentation of your day ticket! Voucher

You can purchase vouchers for admission tickets, annual tickets, guided tours and much more from us.

Discount with SWN-Zoo-Bus-Ticket

Visitors to the zoo can not only travel in an environmentally friendly way with SWN buses (line 4 from the central bus station directly to the zoo), but also save on day admission to Neumünster Zoo by purchasing a combi-ticket.

A combined ticket can now be purchased on the bus. The ticket is also a day admission ticket for the zoo visit and is valid for two adults and two children aged 4 to 16 years.
